SHOPIAN — Republic Day was celebrated at Jamia Siraj Ul Uloom in Hillow, Imamsahib Shopian with fervour where locals participated in the celebration along with Indian Army’s 44 RR battalion.
73rd republic Day has been Celebrated Through Out the Country with Enthusiasm as Per Routine, 44RR COB celebrated Republic Day Celebration at a noted Religious institution, “Jamia Siraj ul uloom Imam Sahib Shopian” on 26 Jan 2022, with fervour where locals also participated in the celebration along with Indian Army’s 44 RR battalion.
The events were unique, unforgettable and motivational for the youth of the region. The events also provided a platform to all the people to re-dedicate themselves towards maintaining peace and harmony in the region and upliftment of all in the society.
The events further strengthened the existing bond between Army and AWAAM which can be judged by sincere appreciation and willing participation of the locals in the celebration.
