SRINAGAR — Mission Youth J&K on Tuesday cleared the queries and issues faced by the candidates with respect to downloading admit cards for PARVAAZ Qualifying Test.
In a statement issued by Mission Youth J&K to news agency Kashmir Dot Com said that some candidates who have applied under PARVAAZ Scheme are sending email/telephonic communications to Mission Youth expressing difficulty in downloading Admit Card for the PARVAAZ Qualifying Test (PQT} scheduled to be held on 15ᵗʰ May, 2022. “The Admit Card can be easily downloaded from the official website of Mission Youth (www.missionvouth.ik.gov.in) by entering the registered mobile number/email id and Date of Birth by the candidate. It has also been clearly mentioned on the admit card download page that Pop-Ups have to be enabled in the browser to download the admit card,” it said.
Candidates who have entered the correct details while filling the PARVAAZ application form online are not facing any difficulty in downloading admit cards. As such, there is no technical issue with the system, it added.
Regarding the candidates who have registered with the Mission Youth under general registration but didn’t specifically fill up the online form for application under PARVAAZ Scheme for appearing in the PQT, Mission Youth J&K according to kashmir Dot Com said that those candidates had to submit online application for PARVAAZ Scheme separately as per the notification issued for the scheme after doing the general registration.
“Further, sufficient time and notice was given for PARVAAZ Exam application as per extant procedure. It is clarified that general registration acknowledgement code starts with (MYxxxxxxx) and is generated upon general registration by the candidates whereas application acknowledgement code under PARVAAZ Scheme started with MYPCSxxxxxx and was generated on submission of the exam form. Having examined the acknowledgements sent by such candidates through mail, it transpires that all such candidates have only acknowledgement code for General registration, which makes it clear that they have not filled the requisite exam form and as such their admit card details are not available in the system. Therefore, candidates who have not filled in the PARVAAZ exam application and just have done general registration are neither eligible to appear for the examination nor their application can be considered at this point of time,” it added.
In clarification with respect to candidates who have applied for the PARVAAZ Scheme online but are not able to download the Admit Cards, the department said that the Admit Card can be downloaded by entering the Registered Mobile Number/Email and Date of Birth submitted at the time of application submission. “In such cases, it has been found that such candidates have not filled the online application form properly/carefully and entered the wrong Date of Birth. The process of application was automated with the Admit Cards being auto-generated and since the candidates have entered the wrong date of birth at the time of application, their Admit Card cannot be generated now. Candidates were advised to check the information before submission and filling wrong/incorrect information is a fault on account of the candidate. In light of the same, the candidature of all such candidates is deemed to be rejected.”
Regarding the requests from some candidates for change in examination centre, it said that no request for change for examination centre/ examination district shall be considered by Mission Youth. — (KDC)
