BUDGAM — A Kashmiri Pandit was shot dead by suspected militants at Chadoora area of Budgam district in Central Kashmir on Thursday.
Reports said, a person namely Shri Rahul Bhat, an employee from minor community was shot at and critically injured by suspected militants at Tehsildar Office in Chadoora area of Budgam.
He was shifted to nearby hospital for treatment where from doctors referred him to SMHS Hospital Srinagar in critical condition for advanced treatment. Later he succumbed to his injuries.
Meanwhile, government forces have cordoned off the area to nab the attackers. — (KIMS)
