Vital bridge collapses in central Kashmir’s Narbal

BUDGAM — A vital bridge connecting many villages collapsed in Narbal area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Friday morning.

Reports reaching news agency Kashmir Dot Com said that incident happened on early morning when a Bajri-laden vehicle (tipper) was passing through it. However, no one was injured in the incident.

According to locals, vehicle was carrying extra load, resulting damage to the bridge. This bridge was made by army on request of people of the nearby areas.

The bridge on Nallah-Sukhnag is connecting to Budgam villages from Narabal.

Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident. — (KDC)
