Keralite injured in Zojila Pass accident on December 5 succumbs

SRINAGAR (KIMS) — A Keralite who was injured in a road accident at Zojila Pass on December 5 has succumbed to his injuries on Saturday.

Manoj M, a resident of Nedungode village in Chittur in Palakkad district of Kerala was injured after a passenger cab (SUV) in which they were traveling in skidded off the snow-covered road and plunged into a gorge at Zojila Pass in Ganderbal district.

Five person, among them four were tourists from Kerala and a local driver was killed in the accident.

Manoj M was undergoing treatment at Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS), Soura, however he succumbed to his injuries today. — (KIMS)
