19RR Sikh Light Infantry Kazwan COB organizes Free Medical Camp at Dethu Shangus

ANANTNAG [Ess Enn] (KIMS) — Amidst the chill and snow, the Indian Army’s 19RR Sikh Light Infantry on Saturday organized a free medical camp at Deethu, Anantnag, under the supervision of Company Commander Major SK Prajapati.

The camp received an overwhelming response, with hundreds of local residents availing themselves of free medical check-ups and receiving complimentary medicines.

The Company Commander emphasized that such initiatives will continue in the future to ensure essential healthcare services reach the public.

The effort was highly appreciated by the locals, who commended the army for its role in serving the community and fostering a harmonious environment.

“These medical camps are a testament to the army’s commitment not only to ensuring security but also to contributing to the well-being of the local population,” the statement added.

Later, locals lauded the efforts of 19RR Kazwan COB in strengthening the bond between Awam and Jawan. — (KIMS)
