SHOPIAN (KIMS) — The Drugs Control department on Wednesday conducted inspection of medical shops in various villages of Shopian district and put two medical shops on show cause notice and disallowed the operation of another.
“A team of officials from Drugs Control department headed by Assistant Drugs Controller Shopian conducted inspection of medical shops in six villages of Shopian district including Kumdalan Nagisharan, Hajipora, Chakoora, Dangam and Kaprin and put two medical shops on show cause notice, and the operation of one medical shop was disallowed on the spot at Kundalan for non maintenance of records of scheduled formulations and violations of other conditions of Licenses,” the statement said.
“The team also checked CCTV footage of the inspected firms, and all shops were asked to adhere to the guidelines of dispensing of drugs,” the statement said. — (KIMS)
