J&K BOSE declares Class 12 results; 84% students qualify

SRINAGAR (KIMS) — The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) on Wednesday announced the results of the Class 12 annual examinations, with an overall 84 percent of students qualifying across Jammu and Kashmir.

According to an official data, a total of 70,735 students appeared in the examination, of whom 59,435 students qualified.

The overall pass percentage stood at 84 percent, with 82 percent boys and 86 percent girls clearing the examination.

This was the first Class 12 examination conducted after the academic session change, and it was held during October–November 2025.

In the Kashmir division, 56,842 students appeared for the examination, out of which 47,408 students qualified, registering a pass percentage of 83 percent.

In the Jammu division, 13,893 students appeared in the examination, of whom 12,027 students qualified, recording a higher pass percentage of 87 percent.
