SRINAGAR — The Indian Youth Congress has appointed all India Secretary Manpreet Singh Mani as Co-Incharge of the Gujarat Pradesh Youth Congress, while he continues to serve as In-Charge, Ladakh.
The party leadership has bestowed this additional responsibility in view of his consistent performance and strong organisational capabilities.
With Gujarat heading towards the 2027 Assembly elections, this appointment comes at a crucial time.
Manpreet Singh Mani has earlier served the organisation in several election-bound states and has been an active participant in major mass movements, including the Bharat Jodo Yatra and Nyay Yatra led by Rahul Gandhi.
He was also seen walking alongside RG during the Voter Adhikar Yatra in Bihar, underlining his firm commitment to grassroots politics.
In a statement, Manpreet Singh Mani thanked the party leadership for reposing faith in him and assured that he will work with full dedication to strengthen the Youth Congress in Gujarat.
He reiterated his commitment to taking forward the vision and ideas of Rahul Gandhi at the grassroots level.
