QAIMOH — The second-day programme of Sangathan Sirajan Abhiyan (SSA) Phase-II was held at Qaimoh on Friday with participation of Congress workers and members of the public.
The programme was organised by Mohammad Imran Malla and Baba Sahab under the leadership of District Congress Committee Kulgam president Abdul Rashid Lone.
Observer Sardar Surinder Singh Channi, who attended the programme, stressed the need for strengthening the Congress party at the grassroots level and building a people-connected organisational structure across Jammu and Kashmir through SSA Phase-II.
Coordinators Reyaz Ahmad Manhas, Shaheena Nida and Mushtaq Pahalgami, former MLA Mohammad Amin Bhat, Amanullah Mantoo, Er. Rouf Ganie and Munazara Akhter were also present on the occasion.
The organisers also alleged that coordinator Mohammad Iqbal Mir was not allowed by PCR Anantnag to attend the programme at Qaimoh. — (KIMS)
