SRINAGAR (KIMS) — Srinagar Airport on Monday said that no scheduled commercial flights are operating from the airport today, as confirmed by the respective airlines.
In a post on X, the airport said that following the recent withdrawal of the proposed Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) for Monday and Tuesday, airlines are in the process of revising and restoring their flight schedules in line with the updated operational status.
The airport said flight operations for Monday and Tuesday are expected to resume once the revised schedules are finalised and published by the respective airlines.
Passengers have been advised to check the latest flight status directly with their respective airlines before proceeding to the airport and rely only on official channels for authentic updates.
The airport also thanked passengers for their patience and cooperation.
On Saturday, Srinagar Airport had announced the withdrawal of the proposed Notice to Airmen (NOTAM), which envisaged a complete runway closure on Mondays and Tuesdays, and said there would be no full airfield closure this year. — (KIMS)
