Army foils infiltration bid in Keran Sector, two militants killed

SRINAGAR (KIMS) — At least two militants were killed after the army foiled an infiltration bid along the Line of Control (LoC) in the Keran Sector of Kupwara district in North Kashmir on Thursday.

Indian Army’s Srinagar-based Chinar Corps stated that an infiltration attempt has been successfully prevented by eliminating two militants in an ongoing anti-infiltration operation in the Keran Sector on the Line of Control (LoC).

The operation is in progress, and further details are awaited.

Recently, three militants were killed after army foiled an infiltration bid in the same area. — (KIMS)
