SRINAGAR — A civilian was shot at and injured by suspected militants at Chidren village in Shopian district of South Kashmir on Wednesday evening.
Reports said, a civilian identified as Farooq Ahmad Sheikh, son of Ghulam Nabi Sheikh was fired upon and injured by suspected militants at Chidren village in Shopian, leaving him injured.
They said, he was rushed to hospital for treatment where his condition is said to be stable.
Meanwhile government forces have cordoned off entire area to nab the attackers. — (KIMS)
