BANDIPORA — Former Minister and party vice-president Usman Majid and all other members of Bandipora unit have resigned from the Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party.
“My primary objective has always been to serve the people of Bandipora and ensure their welfare and development. After extensive consultations with my supporters, the local cadre, and well-wishers, it has become clear that a new direction is necessary to achieve these goals more effectively. This resignation is a step towards exploring and embracing that new direction,” Majid told Greater Kashmir.
He said the decision to resign has been carefully considered and reflects a unified stance among the members of the Bandipora units.
Vice President Usman Majid, along with the entire cadre, expressed their gratitude for the support and trust placed in them by their constituents during their tenure with the Apni Party.
