Girls Higher Secondary School Bandipora records maximum distinctions in district

BANDIPORA — The Jammu and Kashmir BOSE Tuesday declared the result of class 12th exam of Kashmir division with an overall percentage of 75.

GHSS Bandipora emerged as the top institute in the district to register 159 distinctions, 107 first divisions and 39 students have qualified the exams with second division.

As per the figures 397 students from Science and arts stream had appeared in exams of which 306 have been declared qualified. The overall percentage of the school remains 77 with Fayza Barkat topping the school by getting 486 marks from science stream and Asmat Aziz with 433 topped the arts stream.

Chief Education Officer Bandipora Abdul Roub Shad congratulated the Principal and the staff members of the Girls higher secondary for their dedication and hard-work by conducting regular online classes and occasional community classes during the times of pandemic.

He also praised all the endeavours taken by the school during the last year by participating in all competitions, debates and seminars and coming out with brilliant results in every sphere.

Padmashree Awardee, Faisal Ali Dar has also congratulated the principal and the staff of the school for excellent results. Moreover, he said that he will felicitate the top 3 students of the school next week. — (KDC)
