SRINAGAR (KIMS) — As the light to moderate rain lashed plains and middle and higher reaches of Jammu and Kashmir received snowfall in last 24 hours, the Meteorological Department (MeT) on Friday said that the weather will improve from today afternoon, thereafter the weather will remain dry in the Union Territory.
“There will be significant improvement in the weather towards afternoon over most places of Jammu and Kashmir today, thereafter the weather will remain dry in the Union Territory,” an official of the Meteorological Department (MeT) said.
“The weather is expected to remain partly cloudy in Jammu and Kashmir from December 2nd to 7th,” he said. “The weather is expected to remain partly to generally cloudy from December 8th to 10th,” he said.
He further said that the Minimum temperature is expected to fall by 3-5°C from December 2nd onwards. — (KIMS)
