JAMMU (KIMS) — At least two militants were killed after Indian Army foiled an infiltration bid along the Line of Control (LoC) in Nowshera Sector of Rajouri district Jammu and Kashmir, Army said on Monday.
Indian Army’s Jammu based White Knight Corps in a post on X said, “An anti-infiltration operation was launched by Indian Army on the intervening night of 08-09 Sep 24 in general area Lam, Nowshera based on inputs from intelligence agencies and Jammu and Kashmir Police regarding a likely infiltration bid.”
“Two militants have been neutralised and a large quantity of war like stores including Two AK-47 rifles and one Pistol have been recovered so far. The search operation is in progress,” the post said. — (KIMS)
