Islamia College, Cluster University, KU, IUST postponed exams

SRINAGAR (KIMS) — In view of protests across the Kashmir Valley against the killing of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Syed Ali Khamenei, Islamia College of Science and Commerce and several other institutions on Sunday announced the postponement of examinations scheduled up to March 4.

According to an official notice issued by Islamia College of Science and Commerce, examinations of regular and backlog candidates scheduled for March 2, 3 and 4, 2026 have been postponed. Fresh dates of these examinations will be notified separately.

In a similar notification, Cluster University Srinagar announced the postponement of all examinations scheduled for March 2 and 3, 2026.

University of Kashmir also postponed all examinations scheduled for March 2, 2026.

Meanwhile, Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST) postponed all examinations scheduled for March 2, 2026 and suspended classwork for the day.

Central University of Kashmir suspended classwork for two days. — (KIMS)
