SRINAGAR — Manpreet Singh Mani, Joint Secretary Indian Youth Congress on Wednesday condemned the manhandling of party leaders and workers by Delhi police at AICC Office in New Delhi.
He said that the workers of the party will continue to protest on Thursday across the country over the manhandling of its leaders.
The police kept our leaders detained at different police stations. The police didn’t allow anyone to visit the party headquarters in New Delhi.
It is pertinent to mention that Congress leaders and workers are protesting in National capital and other parts of the country from last three days over the summoning of party president Smt. Sonia Gandhi and leader Rahul Gandhi by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). — (KIMS)
