J&K BOSE declares Class 10 results; 85.03% students qualify

SRINAGAR (KIMS) — The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (BOSE) on Wednesday announced the results of the Class 10 annual examinations, with an overall pass percentage of 85.03 percent across Jammu and Kashmir.

According to an official data, a total of 80,650 students qualified the examination out of 94,845 candidates who had appeared. Of the total candidates, 47,736 were boys and 47,109 were girls.

Among those who qualified, 40,242 were boys and 40,408 were girls. The pass percentage for boys stood at 84.30 percent, while 85.78 percent of girls cleared the examination.

This was the first Class 10 examination conducted after the academic session change, and it was held during October–November 2025.

In the Kashmir division, 69,525 students appeared for the examination, of whom 60,927 qualified, registering a pass percentage of 87.63 percent.

Meanwhile, in the Jammu division, 25,320 students participated, with 19,723 students qualifying, resulting in a pass percentage of 77.89 percent.
