JAMMU — Jammu and Kashmir Assembly Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather named three legislators as members of the panel of chairpersons for the budget session, which commenced here on Monday.
He nominated MLA Eidgah Mubarak Gul (NC), MLA Samba Surjeet Singh Slathia (BJP) and MLA Bandipora Nizamuddin Bhat (Congress).
In the absence of the speaker, this panel of chairpersons presides over the house proceedings. — (PTI)
