SRINAGAR (KIMS) — Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha chaired a high-level security meeting today at PCR, Srinagar.
Manoj Sinha directed J&K Police and its various wings to work in close coordination and intensify efforts to eliminate terrorism and those aiding or abetting terrorist activities.
He emphasized a zero-tolerance policy towards terrorism and stated, “JKP and security forces have been given a free hand to dismantle the terror ecosystem operating in the shadows. Those supporting and financing terrorism will face severe consequences.”
The LG also instructed senior officials to take strict action against elements exploiting cyberspace for disruptive activities and disinformation campaigns.
He stressed the need to aggressively counter fundamentalist and extremist ideologies while ensuring legal action is taken against those involved. — (KIMS)
