SRINAGAR — The Meteorological Department has predicted light rains, snowfall in higher reaches of Kashmir on Friday, while there will be a significant improvement in prevailing weather conditions from Saturday onward, MeT forecast said.
MeT officials said light to moderate rains, snowfall in upper reaches was expected while weather will remain cloudy in plains on Friday.
