GANDERBAL — A man was killed in a road accident in Lar area of Ganderbal district in Central Kashmir on Saturday evening.
Quoting an official, the news agency KNO reported that a man identified as Ab Hameed Malla (45), son of Ghulam Mohd Malla of Tulmulla Ganderbal was hit by a truck at Repora Crossing in Lar area of the district which resulted in his on spot death.
He said, after the completion of medico legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over his legal heirs for the last rites.
Meanwhile, Police have taken cognizance of the incident and investigations have been started.
