Two Maharashtrian labourers injured in Anantnag attack

SRINAGAR (KIMS) — At least two labourers were injured in a militant attack in Lal Chowk area of Anantnag district on Tuesday evening, officials said.

Officials said, two outside labourers were injured after militants fired upon and injured them in Lal Chowk area of Anantnag district.

Both the labourers were shifted to hospital for treatment, where their condition is stated to be stable, they said.

The duo has been identified as Akshay and Saurav — both residents of Sangli Maharashtra.

Meanwhile, security forces have cordoned off entire area to nab the attackers. — (KIMS)
