JAMMU (KIMS) — An earthquake of Magnitude 3.4 on the Richter Scale hits the Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory on Wednesday.
However, there were no reports of any loss of life or damage to the property.
The earthquake, with its epicentre near Kishtwar occurred at around 01:33 am at a depth of 30 km, the National Centre for Seismology (NCS) said.
The earthquake hits at latitude 33.45 degrees and longitude 76.57 degrees, it said. — (KIMS)
