SRINAGAR — A day after attaching immovable properties in three districts, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Thursday conducted raids at multiple locations in Kashmir in a case registered by the national probing agency.
The sleuths of National Investigation Agency (NIA) with the assistance of Jammu and Kashmir Police and CRPF carried out raids at multiple locations in Kashmir.
According to news agency KDC, the sleuths of NIA raided the residential house of Bilal Ahmad Mir, son of Ghulam Hassan Mir at Hanjoora Budgam. The residential houses of Khazir Mohammad Najar, son of Gulam Mohammad Najar at Wagam Chadoora, Mohammad Ashraf Wani, son of late Ghulam Qadir Wani at Namtehal Budgam and Mohammad Shafi Dar, son of Ghulam Mohammad Dar, at Jawalapora Budgam is being searched by the National Investigation Agency (NIA).
The agency reported, the sleuths of National Investigation Agency (NIA) conducted searches in the residential houses of Mohmad Yousuf Malik, son of Abdul Gaffar Malik at Deharmuna Soibugh, Mohmad Shafi Dar, son of Ghulam Mohmmad at Jawalapora Budgam, Ghulam Mustafa Ganie, son of Late Ghulam Hassan Ganie at Fallchill Budgam and Mohammad Yousf Malik, son of Abdul Gaffar Malik at Jawalapora Budgam.
Many other locations in Kashmir are being searched by the national probing agency National Investigation Agency (NIA) of which details were being collected, sources said as per KDC.
During the searches on Thursday, various incriminating documents and electronic devices were seized from the premises of the suspects, official sources said adding that further investigation of the case is on.
On Wednesday, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) attached immovable properties in Pulwama, Shopian and Kupwara districts in Kashmir valley.
