SRINAGAR — Jammu and Kashmir Police on Tuesday said they have attached a residential house along with adjoining land measuring 07 marlas worth approximately ₹1.50 crore belonging to a notorious drug peddler namely Owais Amin Denthoo S/o Mohd Amin Denthoo R/o Parimpora Srinagar.
The property has been attached under the relevant provisions of the NDPS Act in connection with FIR No. 32/2026 U/S 8/22, 29 NDPS Act registered at Police Station Parimpora.
During the course of investigation, it was established that the said property had been acquired through proceeds generated from illicit drug trafficking activities.
The attachment has been executed as part of the sustained efforts of Srinagar Police to dismantle the narcotics ecosystem and curb the growing menace of drug abuse in society. — (KIMS)
