SRINAGAR — Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister on Saturday said a future-ready education system must prepare students for life beyond examinations by equipping them with critical thinking, digital literacy, adaptability and a strong sense of shared responsibility.
The Chief Minister made these remarks while addressing the School Leader of the Year 2026 Summit and Awards in New Delhi this morning.
According to a post shared by the Chief Minister’s Office on X, the summit brought together leading educators and school leaders to celebrate excellence, innovation and institutional leadership in K-12 education.
The Chief Minister stressed that meaningful transformation in education requires collective efforts by governments, educators, institutions and communities to nurture confident, capable and responsible citizens of the future. — (KIMS)
