SRINAGAR — After attaching immovable property in Lethpora area of Pulwama district on Wednesday morning, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) attached two more immovable properties under Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) in Shopian and Kupwara districts in Kashmir valley.
Quoting an official, news agency KNO reported that the two rooms belonging to Ishfaq Pala of Aloora village in a joint residential house in Shopian district were attached by the sleuths of National Investigation Agency (NIA) under Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA). Pala was involved in NIA case no. RC- 07/2018/NIA/DLI registered under UAPA, he said.
The official, as per the report said, the land measuring 3.5 Marlas belonging to Daulat Ali Mughal of Shilabhatu Mohalla in Manigah village in Kupwara district was attached by the sleuths of National Investigation Agency (NIA) under Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA). Mughal was involved in NIA case no. RC-2018/NIA/DLI, registered under UAPA, he said.
Earlier today, the sleuths of National Investigation Agency (NIA) attached six Shops belonging to Fayaz Ahmad Magray of Awantipora in Lethpora area of Pulwama district.
