SRINAGAR — A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) trooper died of cardiac arrest in Anantnag district of South Kashmir on Friday.
Quoting an official, news agency KNO reported that the trooper identified as Tang Kishor Das (32) of 164 battalion fell unconscious at Larnoo CRPF camp today morning.
The official, as per the report said, the trooper was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment, where doctors declared him dead on arrival.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident.
