SRINAGAR — The Meteorological Department on Monday forecast dry and partly cloudy weather in Jammu and Kashmir for next 24 hours.
The weather remained inclement in the Union Territory during last 24 hours.
An official of the Meteorological Department said, dry, partly cloudy weather is likely in J&K during next 24 hours.
He said, Srinagar recorded 4.2 degrees Celsius while Pahalgam and Gulmarg recorded minus 0.9 degrees Celsius and minus 2.5 degrees Celsius as the minimum temperature.
In Jammu region, he said, Jammu recorded 15.1 degrees Celsius, Katra 12.6 degrees Celsius, Batote 6.5 degrees Celsius, Banihal 2.6 degrees Celsius and Bhaderwah 4.1 degrees Celsius as the minimum temperature.
In Ladakh region, he said, Drass recorded minus 10.2 degrees Celsius, Kargil minus 4.8 degrees Celsius and Leh minus 6.2 degrees Celsius as the minimum temperature.
