Dry weather in J&K till November 22: MeT

SRINAGAR (KIMS) — The Meteorological Department (MeT) on Sunday forecast dry weather in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir till November 22nd.

An official of the Meteorological Department (MeT) said, “Currently, the weather is mainly clear at most places of Jammu and Kashmir.”

“Generally dry weather is expected in Jammu and Kashmir from November 12th to 22nd,” he said.

Meanwhile, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir, Srinagar recorded 6.9°C, Anantnag 5.0°C, Qazigund 5.4°C, Kupwara 6.1°C, Kokernag 4.7°C, Pahalgam 2.1°C and Gulmarg minus 2.5°C as the minimum temperature in Kashmir region on Sunday.

The winter capital Jammu recorded 11.2°C, Katra 10.4°C, Batote 5.6°C, Bhaderwah 3.8°C and Banihal 6.4°C as the minimum temperature in Jammu region.

In Ladakh region, Leh recorded minus 4.6°C and Kargil minus 3.2°C as the minimum temperature. — (KIMS)
