SRINAGAR (KIMS) — The Meteorological Department (MeT) on Monday forecast fair to partly cloudy weather in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir till October 30, 2023.
“Fair to partly cloudy weather is expected in Jammu and Kashmir from October 24 to 30,” an official of the Meteorological Department (MeT) said. “The visibility will remain poor in morning hours in the plains of Kashmir valley during this period,” he said.
Meanwhile, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir, Srinagar recorded 5.1°C, Anantnag 3.4°C, Qazigund 3.6°C, Kupwara and Kokernag each 4.3°C, Gulmarg 0.2°C and Pahalgam 0.1°C as the minimum temperature in Kashmir region on Monday.
The winter capital Jammu recorded 13.8°C, Katra 13.2°C, Batote 8.3°C, Bhaderwah 5.6°C and Banihal 6.1°C as the minimum temperature in Jammu region.
In Ladakh region, Leh recorded minus 2.6°C and Kargil 1.1°C as the minimum temperature. — (KIMS)
