Flight operations resume at Srinagar International Airport

SRINAGAR — The flight operations at Srinagar International Airport were resumed on Tuesday after a day long suspension due to heavy snowfall in the Kashmir valley.

Quoting Kuldeep Singh, Director Srinagar International Airport, news agency KNO reported that flight operations resumed today after a slight delay in the morning.

He said, several morning flights were delayed due to low visibility, but now the flight operations are going on smoothly.

On Monday, all the 68 flights including 34 arrivals and 34 departure were cancelled due to low visibility and continuous snowfall in the Kashmir valley.
