SRINAGAR (KIMS) — Police have booked four hardcore drug peddlers under the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (PIT NDPS) Act in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
Kulgam Police successfully executed four PIT NDPS Act warrants issued by the Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, against four hardcore drug peddlers namely Fayaz Ahmad Khan R/o Gudder and Naseer Ahmad Shan R/o Kilam, Tariq Ahmad Rather R/o Yamrach, Yaripora and Ghulam Nabi Lone R/o Rambhama.
Following the execution of the warrants, the accused have been lodged in District Jail Udhampur, District Jail Poonch, District Jail Kathua and District Jail Rajouri respectively.
This action against them was initiated following the submission of material records, dossiers and connected documents by the Senior Superintendent of Police Kulgam.
