Four killed in Ramban road accident

JAMMU — At least four persons were killed and three suffered injuries in a road accident Ramban district of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday morning.

Quoting an official, news agency KNO reported that the vehicle on way from Maligam to Ukhrall skidded of the road and rolled down near Maligam area of the district due to slippery conditions.

The official, as per the report said that soon after the accident, a rescue operation was launched and four bodies were recovered from the accident site and they have been identified as Abdul Wahid Bali, Aanayatullah, Mohammad Ayoub Bali, and driver Sajjad Ahmad — all residents of Pogal, Ramban.

Three persons who were injured in the accident are undergoing treatment at Primary Health Centre (PHC) Ukhrall.
