SRINAGAR — Police on Tuesday claimed to have arrested four associates of militant outfit The Resistance Front (TRF) in Srinagar.
Police said that four associates of militant outfit The Resistance Front (TRF) were arrested in Srinagar. These militant associates were involved in grenade attacks in Srinagar and used to provide logistical support to active militants of TRF.
Explosives and ammunition was recovered from their possession, police said adding that a case has been registered under relevant sections of UAPA.
“Four militant associates of TRF arrested by Srinagar Police. These militant associates were involved in grenade attacks in Srinagar & used to provide logistical support to active terrorists of TRF. Explosives and ammunition recovered. Case registered under relevant sections of UAPA,” Srinagar Police said in a tweet. — (KIMS)
