JAMMU — The Jammu and Kashmir Government has accorded Administrative Approval for the construction of a multi-level car parking facility at Jewel Chowk in Jammu at an estimated cost of ₹29.88 crore.
According to the Chief Minister’s Office, the project is aimed at easing traffic congestion, improving urban mobility and providing modern and convenient parking infrastructure in one of Jammu city’s key commercial areas.
The facility is expected to help address parking-related issues and improve traffic management in and around the busy Jewel Chowk area. — (KIMS)
