SRINAGAR — Jammu and Kashmir government has approved recruitment rules for regularization of PDL/TDL by Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited and JKDCL.
The government has directed the Managing Director KPDCL Kashmir and Jammu regarding recruitment rules for regularization of PDL/TDL of Power Development Departement.
The govt has directed that draft rules to be issued in pursuance to the applicable provisions of Jammu and Kashmir Power Development Department (Reorganization) First Transfer Scheme notified vide S.O 109 dated 20th March, 2020.
The draft rules should be uniform for both the corporation viz Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited and Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited, so as to avoid any future legal difficulty. — (KDC)
