SRINAGAR (KIMS) — The Home Department of Jammu and Kashmir has ordered transfers and postings of three officers with immediate effect.
The government has ordered transfers and postings of Joint Director, Deputy Director and Chief Prosecuting Officer of the Prosecution Department.
According to an order, “Mr. Qazi Abdul Qayoom, Joint Director is posted as Joint Director, ZPHQ, Kashmir, Mr. Peer Afaq Ahmad, Deputy Director is posted as Deputy Director, CTC Lethpora against an available vacancy and Mr. Riaz Ahmad Dar, Chief Prosecuting Officer is posted as Chief Prosecution Officer, Anti Corruption Bureau against an available vacancy.”
“One post of Joint Director from the overall cadre strength of Prosecution Service is transferred to the ZPHQ, Kashmir for drawl of salary in favour of Shri Qazi Abdul Qayoom Joint Director Prosecution till his posting in ZPHQ Kashmir,” reads the order. — (KIMS)
