SRINAGAR — Police on Sunday claimed to have arrested a Lashkar-i-Toiba (LeT) militant associate in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district and recovered arms and ammunition from his possession.
The militant associate has been identified as Yamin Yousuf Bhat (19) son of Mohammad Yousuf Bhat, a resident of Gadhama.
One star pistol, 51 9mm rounds and two grenades were recovered from his possession.
Police has registered a case in this connection and further investigation has been initiated.
