SRINAGAR — Manpreet Singh Mani, all India Youth Congress Joint Secretary on Monday wished people of Jammu and Kashmir a very happy Gurupurab.
Manpreet in a statement said, “Guru Nanak always preached humanity, so on the auspices occasion lets all pledge that we all irrespective of religion and caste will walk on the path of humanity and may love win over hate.
“I convey my hearty greetings and good wishes to the people of our country especially to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of the birth anniversary of Guru Nanak ji,” Manpreet said while greeting people on this auspicious occasion.
He also stated that Rahul Gandhi led Bharat Jodo Yatra is just an example of preaching humanity and showing compassion, love towards each other so that hatred spread by the BJP is defeated.
Gurupurab is observed on November 8 every year. It will be observed as the 553rd birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Ji this year. — (KIMS)
