AWANTIPORA (KIMS) — Jammu and Kashmir Police on Thursday booked a notorious drug peddler under PIT NDPS Act in Pampore area of Police district Awantipora.
The notorious drug peddler identified as Javid Ahmad Dar @Brichi son of Mohd Akram Dar resident of Lalpora Chatlum Pampore.
He has been booked under PIT NDPS Act after obtaining formal detention orders from the competent authority and subsequently lodged in Central Jail Kot-Balwal Jammu.
Its pertinent to mention that many cases are registered against the said drug peddler and was involved in drug peddling by supplying drugs to local youth of Pampore and other areas of Police District. — (KIMS)
