SNTPL Pvt internet service provider fails to restore services post snowfall

SRINAGAR — SNTPL private internet service provider has left hundreds of subscribers disappointed across Srinagar as the company hasn’t been able to restore the internet services even after three days of snowfall.

Adil Hussain, an SNTPL customer since past two years, said that indeed the snowfall created havoc on February 23 across Kashmir including Srinagar but it’s been three no team from SNTPL visited his area.

“My work has suffered badly due to the non-availability of the internet. I have always been a loyal customer of SNTPL but they have let me down,” said Adil, a resident of Zafran Colony, Pantha Chowk, Srinagar. Many other customers of SNTPL expressed similar concern and urged the SNTPL authorities to get the lines repaired at the earliest.

Meanwhile, Customer Care Executive of SNTPL said that all teams are working hard in the field since past three days and by Sunday full restoration is expected. — (KNO)
