JAMMU — Two IED’s (Improvised Explosive Devices) were recovered and destroyed in Dassal area of Rajouri district in Jammu division on Sunday.
Police said, two IED’s were recovered during a search operation by joint team of Police, SOG Rajouri, Army field Regiment and CRPF 72Bn at Dassal and its adjoining area.
They said, after the recovery of two IED’s at Dassal area, Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) was called in, who later on destroyed these IED’s.
A case FIR No. 39/2023 U/S 13/16/UAP Act, 3/4 Explosive Act has been registered and further investigation has been set into motion. — (KIMS)
