ANANTNAG [Sheikh Nadeem] (KIMS) — Scholars Scientific Institute, in collaboration with the 40 Battalion of the Central Reserve Police Force, celebrated the 10th International Yoga Day with full enthusiasm at the school premises in Mominabad, Anantnag.
School children, CRPF Deputy Commandant Sri Surinder Kumar, and Inspector Rajesh took part in the event.
A large number of students participated in the International Yoga Day celebration and performed various asanas.
Speaking on the occasion, the Principal of the institute, Masrat Jan, stressed the importance of including yoga in daily life to remain physically and mentally fit and to relieve stress. — (KIMS)
