Assembly Elections: BJP suspends three leaders in Jammu for anti-party activities

JAMMU (KIMS) — Ahead of the third phase of the Assembly Elections in Jammu and Kashmir, scheduled for Tuesday, October 1, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) suspended three leaders in Jammu on Saturday for anti-party activities.

“BJP has suspended Sh. Amit Sharma, DDC Majalta, Sh. Prakshit Singh, DDC Jaganu, and Sh. Swarn Singh Rathore, District Vice President Udhampur, with immediate effect,” said BJP’s State Working President, Jammu and Kashmir, Sat Paul Sharma.

“Based on the recommendations of the Disciplinary Committee, you are hereby suspended from the Bharatiya Janata Party for engaging in anti-party activities during the ongoing elections. You have already been served a show-cause notice. This suspension order is effective immediately,” he added. — (KIMS)
