SRINAGAR (KIMS) — Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Sunday expressed profound grief over the loss of lives due to flash floods and landslides in Poonch district.
In a post on X, the Chief Minister conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and prayed for the speedy recovery of those injured in the incidents.
Abdullah said the district administration, SDRF, police and other concerned agencies are fully engaged in rescue and relief operations.
He directed the authorities to ensure that all possible assistance and support reaches the affected families without any delay. — (KIMS)
