SRINAGAR — People’s Democratic Party (PDP) President Mehbooba Mufti on Wednesday said the Government of India’s “aggressive move” to promote “The Kashmir Files” film and “weaponising the pain of Kashmiri Pandits” makes its “ill intentions obvious”.
“The manner in which GOI is aggressively promoting Kashmir Files and is weaponising pain of Kashmiri Pandits makes their ill intention obvious,” the former Chief Minister said in a tweet.
Mehbooba also accused the government of “creating a conducive atmosphere between the two communities”.
“Instead of healing old wounds and creating a conducive atmosphere between the two communities, they are deliberately tearing them apart,” Mehbooba said. — (KIMS)
